Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme or oregano)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes if possible.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is tender and juicy.
Serve with vegetables or rice for a light and fresh meal.
Tips
Add lemon slices on top before baking for extra aroma.
